The Imarisha Maisha (Enhancing Life) program is implemented by the Anglican Church of Kenya, Mount Kenya West Diocese (ACK). Anglican Overseas Aid has been partnering with ACK to improve self-reliance, promote gender equality and help prevent gender-based violence and increase protection of children and child rights. The project has been funded through the Australian Government and donations from the Australian public through the Australian NGO Cooperation Program (ANCP).
This evaluation reports on the last three years of an ongoing project, and will inform the path moving forward.
As the evaluation shows, the program has been successful in many areas and achieved significant outcomes.
