Lanka Evangelical Alliance Development Service (LEADS) works across Sri Lanka to mitigate pressing socioeconomic issues that negatively impact the living standards of marginalised and underprivileged communities.

The main work of LEADS lies in the protection of children and the promotion of their rights. They provide restorative care for survivors of child abuse and aim to create more awareness of the issue in communities across Sri Lanka.

Anglican Overseas Aid works with LEADS to increase the economic resilience of women through strategies such as community-based savings and income-generating projects.
