Thank You for Supporting
al-Ahli Arab Hospital

We are holding the hospital and its courageous staff in our prayers. And we want to say — thank you. Your compassion made a difference. It still does.

Last Christmas, Anglican Overseas Aid supporters helped raise $102,890 for al-Ahli Arab Hospital in Gaza. That support has helped people get through an incredibly difficult time.

Al-Ahli, run by the Episcopal Diocese of Jerusalem, is a place of refuge and healing for all people, regardless of faith or background.

In a context where medical resources are scarce and many health facilities have closed, the hospital has continued to care, adapting spaces, expanding its beds, and serving thousands of patients each month.

This support meant the hospital could keep providing life-saving treatment at a time when it was needed most.

It made it possible for families to receive care with dignity, for exhausted health workers to press on, and for hope to remain present in one of the most difficult places on earth.

It’s a reminder that love can find a way even in the hardest places.

At Anglican Overseas Aid, we know that acts of kindness, rooted in love, can transform lives.

We are grateful to walk alongside you in this work, not just in times of emergency, but in our ongoing journey of justice, healing, and restoration.
