Join Anglican Overseas Aid (AOA), a Christian international development organisation associated with the Anglican Church of Australia. In this senior operations role, you will lead AOA’s business systems and data capability—strengthening CRM stewardship (Salesforce), data governance, reporting and cross‑team workflows that support mission delivery, compliance and organisational effectiveness. 

  • Lead and improve AOA’s CRM, data governance and reporting 
  • Deliver practical dashboards and organisational insight 
  • Improve cross‑team workflows and “ways we work” 
  • Enable staff through training, documentation and change support 
  • Coordinate a small Operations team and work with external technical providers 

Christian faith-based alignment and culture are inherent to this role. The successful applicant will be personally aligned with AOA’s Christian faith-based values, comfortable working within an Anglican context, participate in staff prayer and devotions, and at times lead prayer/devotions as part of shared organisational life.
